Columbus Café & Co, the famed French coffee house, has brought the French Parisian coffee experience to Toronto. In an effort to expand in Canada they've opened their first Toronto location, at 283 Adelaide St. W. in the PJ Condos tower.
Columbus Café opened its first location in 1994 in France and quickly became a pioneer on the French Coffee shop market. In 2001, the company kicked off its international expansion in Brussels and has since opened around 250 locations around the world.
Described as “gourmet above all,” Columbus Café & Co is popular for its quality-made hot and cold drinks, salads, sandwiches, and buddha bowls. Coffee lovers will appreciate the cafe’s organic beans, including the in-house “Barista blend,” which is a premium blend that’s roasted in France.
