On November 2, Costco Wholesale Canada unveiled its 21st warehouse in the Greater Toronto Area. Situated in the Rexdale neighbourhood of Etobicoke, this new store stretches across an impressive 164,000 square feet.
It features an on-site bakery, fresh meat, produce, rotisserie chicken, optical centre - staffed by an on-site optometrist – a hearing aid centre, tire centre, a large food court, a gas station with 24 pumps and a pharmacy.
It also features 1,200 parking spots in a multi-level underground parking garage with elevator access – a first for Costco in Eastern Canada.
We just had to see it, so we sent three Field Agents to give us a virtual tour. We also asked them to give us their view as a local on this new location and what they really liked (or disliked). Our tour takes you right to the shopper as they explore. See all the photos below!
